We offer
many Staging and Redesign packages; we can tailor any
package to fit your needs:
Consultation:
Each staging or redesign package begins with an assessment
of the property beginning at the curb. A Décor By Redesign
consultant will meet with you to discuss your needs. We
will also introduce our “FEEL HOME” staging and redesign
process while touring your home visualizing it from a
buyer’s prospective as well as a homeowner’s prospective.
We will take notes to develop an Action Plan. The
consultation will then end with a proposal for future
staging or redesign services.
Half Day
of Home Staging or Redesign:
A half day of staging or redesign is usually for those homes
that just need a little extra touch and are under 2100
square feet. We will be working from our Action Plan we
began in the consultation. We will rearrange furniture and
accessories, deleting some things, adding some things from
other rooms and even adding our own accessories to complete
the look of each room. We will take photos and give them to
your agent for marketing efforts.
Full Day
of Home Staging or Redesign:
A full day of staging or redesign is for those homes that
need extra attention and are over 2100 square feet. Working
from our Action Plan, we will spend approximately 6 hours
transforming your home. What a difference it will make! We
will take photos for your marketing efforts and leave you
with a show ready home.
Shopping
Service:
A Décor By Redesign consultant will shop for the accessories
that will complete the look for staging or redesign as well
as be an investment in your home. We get discounts at many
stores and will pass that discount on to you.
Top Ten
Priority Report:
This report can be purchased in addition to the
consultation. We walk through your home and look for the
most important things that need to be addressed. We then
provide a detailed report explaining the 10 things you
should do to increase the value of your home and acquire a
faster sale.
Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides:
If you are the DIY type, then this is the package for you.
After the consultation, we will spend another hour in your
home and complete a detailed Action Plan and a DIY guide for
you to follow and “stage” your own home.
